GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of travel services offered by 11dos Concept & Design SL (hereinafter, «the Provider») through the website TravelChina.es (hereinafter, «the Website»). Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory requirement for booking any service.

3. BOOKING PROCESS

3.1. Requirements

  • Customer must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must provide accurate and complete information.

  • Booking will only be valid after confirmation by the Provider.

3.2. Booking Steps

  1. Service selection on the Website.

  2. Completion of booking form.

  3. Data verification and acceptance of these terms.

  4. Payment via specified methods.

  5. Receipt of email confirmation.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

4.1. Prices

  • All prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Displayed in euros (€).

  • Subject to change due to supplier rate adjustments (airlines, hotels, etc.), with prior notification before confirmation.

4.2. Payment Methods

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Bank transfer.

  • PayPal or other secure payment platforms.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1. By the Customer

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before service (excluding flights and special services).

  • Late cancellations: May incur penalties of 100% of total amount.

  • No-show: No refund will be issued.

5.2. By the Provider

For cancellations due to Provider’s fault:

  • Full refund.

  • Alternative equivalent service.

6. MODIFICATIONS

  • Requested by customer: May incur administrative fees.

  • Due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions): Alternative solutions will be sought without financial compensation.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law:

  • Accommodation/transport services: No right of withdrawal once service begins.

  • Package tours: Regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

8. LIABILITIES

8.1. Provider’s Responsibilities

  • Ensure provision of contracted services.

  • Inform about significant changes.

8.2. Customer’s Responsibilities

  • Comply with country entry requirements (visas, vaccines, etc.).

  • Carry necessary documentation.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed according to our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By completing a booking, the customer confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
